Meet sweet Chloe, Jenni’s new beautiful calico cat! She is a treasure and ADORES Jenni girl! So fun to go visit and have a pet on my lap again!!! Dogs and cats bring magic to a home . . . maybe 5 years from now I will enjoy these blessings again . . . I do believe in dreams. “I love cats because I enjoy my home; and little by little, they become its visible soul” . . . Jean Cocteau
Bayfield is in beautiful bloom . . . one of my favorite spots to take photos is at the Christ Episcopal Church built in 1870. The church was designed in the Victorian Gothic and Carpenter Gothic architectural styles. Yes, it was a beautiful day, the sun shining on beds of daffodils and tulips adorning the front yards in Bayfield . . . love, love, love!
Today in Bayfield it is finally feeling like summer is here! I have been missing the sun, the palm trees, the warmth, and the humidity of Florida where no lotion or chapstick is needed! I woke up today to a beautiful morning on my porch . . . coffee and devotions . . . and my first hummingbird of the season!!!
Kevon and I spent one fun day in Cedar Key, one of the oldest ports in the state of Florida. It is truly a small “Old Florida” town . . . a haven for artists and writers! Most of the buildings are on stilts and the bird watching is amazing!!! Clamming is huge plus my hero, John Muir, walked 1000 miles from Indiana to arrive at Cedar Key! Pelicans LOVE, Sycamore Trees LOVE, Small town with no traffic lights LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
